Palak-Paneer: Palak paneer is a very famous Indian vegetarian dish. It is very easy to make and the most two important ingredients are Palak (spinach) and paneer (cottage cheese).

Ingredients To Make Palak Paneer: The dish does not need several ingredients. Some ingredients can make this dish beautiful.

  • Paneer-1and ½ cup.
  • Palak- 2 cups
  • Onion – ¾ cup
  • Cumin- 1/8 teaspoon
  • Cardamom-2
  • Cinnamon – 1 medium stick
  • Cloves – 2 to 3
  • Ginger-garlic– 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies – 2 to 3
  • Fresh cream – 2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander – 2 to 3 sticks
  • Salt to taste

To Make Palak Paneer: To make the palak paneer, you need to first put the whole palak (make sure the palak is crunchy and new leaves) and blanch in hot boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Pull them back from the water and put them in ice-cold water to make sure the green color does not fade away. After 4-5 minutes, take the palak and put that into a good blender. Put the coriander, 1 chili, ginger, garlic, and some salt in the blender and blend all of them very smooth. Now take the pan, put 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan. The oil will not let the butter burn. Let the butter soften then put all the whole spices in them and fry them well in low flame till you can smell the fragrance. After that put the finely chopped onion and chopped rest green chilies into the pan and fry until they are translucent. Put the blender palak into the pan and fry them in low flame till the raw smell of the palak is gone. In the meantime cut the paneer in cubes. Keep an eye over the palak and when you think it’s done put the paneer in them and cover the pan. Let them cook for 10 minutes and uncover the pan. Sprinkle the garam masala into that and stir it. Stop cooking and put the fresh cream in that and stir. Before taking output some butter into that and serve it hot with roti or nun.

Ghee Roast Chicken: Ghee roast chicken is a very famous and mind-blowing this. It is tasty and flavored with lots of good spices. This is an excellent dish to make on an occasion.

  • Chicken 500 grams (leg and thigh pieces will be best to use)
  • Ginger 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 1 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri red chili whole 4 -5 pieces
  • Coriander whole 1 tablespoon
  • Fennel whole1 tablespoon
  • Cumin whole ½ tablespoon
  • Black paper ½ tablespoon
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ghee
  • Curd 3 tablespoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

How You Will Make Ghee Roast Chicken: To make the ghee roast chicken you just have to make a masala paste which is the life of this dish. But first marinade the chicken with turmeric and curd and some salt. Take a pan, put the Kashmiri red chili in the pan and fry roast them. Take them out of the pan and put it in the blender. Take the whole spices and fry roast them for 1 minute and put them in a blender with chili. Put the ginger and garlic and lemon juice into that and blend it smooth. It will be a red paste. Take a pan, put the ghee into the pan, and add the chopped onion into them and stir it. Let the onion be translucent and then add the spice paste. Fry the paste till the raw smell goes away. After a few minutes put the chicken and mix it well with the spices. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook. After 10 to 15 minutes. The chicken will be done. Take it out from the pan and serve it with roti.

Mutton Curry: Mutton is loved meat all over the world and especially all over India. Mutton curry is a loved dish to have with anything rice or roti.

Ingredients You Need: The needed ingredients are

  • Mutton
  • Potato ( big cubes or whole baby potato)
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Lemon zest
  • Onion thinly sliced
  • Whole cardamom
  • Whole cinnamon
  • Whole cloves
  • Dried red chilies
  • Dried bay leaves
  • Green chilies
  • Coriander roots(optional)
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil

To Make The Mutton Curry: To make mutton curry first marinate the mutton well. It is the key. Take the ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander roots, salt and make a paste. Marinate the mutton with the paste and lemon zest for an hour minimum. Take a pan and put mustard oil in it and hit it well. Pan-fry the potatoes until they are golden. After the pungent smell is gone, take the whole spices and fry till you smell the fragrance. After that put the sliced onion and fry them in low heat till it is brown and soft. Now put the meat in the pan fry for 5 minutes on high flame. Now put the turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and coriander powder and fry again for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil some water. After frying, the meat put the water into that and low the flame and cook with cover. After 15 mins put the potatoes in them and cover again to cook. Stir occasionally. When the meat is softened, uncover the pan and boil on high flame for 5 minutes. Before turning off the flame sprinkle the garam masala and stir. And your mutton curry is ready.

All of the above dishes go well with roti. Roti is a well-consumed carbohydrate all over India and every house makes it. Nowadays it is easier to make with rotimatic. Anyone can make roti now to have with the dishes.
